At Home With Tory Burch

First, I love this woman. She made my day and made me smile.

Second, I love her home. Some of my favorite parts of her Southampton Estate are:

The grand entrance / exit. I love big trees.

Love love love the black and white checkered tiles. So '20s. But the furniture, not so much.
