Australian Open 2024 Women Kit

As an avid tennis fan, I love a good tennis kit on players. For this season, Australian Open Grand Slam of 2024, I have a few favourites. I'm a simple girl and I like simple outfits so these two steal my attention. 

1. Anna Kalinskaya in Adidas. In singles matches she wears the Adidas dress, but the kit I love is the one she wears in her doubles matches. It's a two-piece kit, both in "Green Spark" colourway : a tank top and a high-waisted shorts. This kit is up high on my wish list because honestly I can see myself wearing this outift. It's so me. Should I add to cart?

2. Emma Raducanu & Mirra Andreeva in Nike. This outfit looks so cute, I like this dress and the colourway suits both Emma and Mirra nicely. I don't know if pale yellow looks good on me, but I'm interested.

Fabulous Friday Finds

Well hello darlings! 

I'm back with listing interesting stuffs I stumbled upon recently. 

Since I have lost both of my Siberian Husky in 2022 (I didn't lose them at the same time, this is a story for another time when I'm ready), I'm still obsessing over Siberian Husky items. Such as this one and this one who looks like Chewy also this one and this one who looks like Lowy. 

But I also love this tiger bricks. 

Such GORGEOUS Christmas trees! I'm In love, love, love! 

I'm a fan of impressionism style paintings, Van Gogh obviously my ultimate favourite. But for living artist, I love Erin Hanson's paintings. They're beautiful and she creates mosaics of bold and soft colours that beautifully capture the patterns and textures of her objects in each paintings. 

As recreational tennis player, this Adidas tennis shoes look comfortable and have cute colourway (my colours).

This wedding dress is so extra (in a good way).

Another great actor passed away, rest in peace Adan. He was great in Designated Survivor tv show!

Wimbledon 2011

Quite disappointed that my favorite female player, Ana Ivanovic didn't make it to the finals of Wimbledon. However, I'm writing this entry to congratulate my favorite male player, Novak Djokovic (Ana's fellow Serbian) for winning the title of Gentlemen's Singles Wimbledon 2011. I watched the match glued to the television, it was indeed a great match. Djokovic came out showing no fear, he held serve to win the Wimbledon Gentlemen’s Singles title, 6-4 6-1 1-6 6-3, and show anybody who had doubts who is now the best tennis player in the world. Congrats Nole, you deserve it!!

Our Tennis Sessions

These photos were taken few months ago, when my husband just started playing tennis. He has been practicing twice a week since then, of course I tag along to refresh my skills. I suck at tennis by the way after 7 years of absence. However until today, my husband has not been able to defeat me, yet. If he continues to practice seriously, he'll be able to defeat me in a matter of weeks and will be able to play with cousins in a few months (yes, my cousins are that good!!!).

Congrats Rafa!

Congrats Rafael Nadal on winning his 6th Roland Garros title! Watched the match glued to the telly for more or less 4 hours and it was worthy of my time (; ... both Rafa and Roger put up one hell of a fight. Rafa played better against Roger, on clay especially. Mmmhhh I can't wait for Wimbledon.

The Longest Match

The longest professional tennis match, in terms of both time and total games, was the Wimbledon 2010 first-round match between Nicolas Mahut and John Isner on June 22, 23, and 24, 2010. It lasted 183 games and required 11 hours and 5 minutes of playing time.
