Monday ManiPedi: Pantone-ish Manicure

On this Monday ManiPedi's feature, I'm trying out a very simple nail art: Pantone-ish Manicure, I got the inspiration from here. I use OPI Samoan Sand for the base (I have big love for this color, it blends so well with all the other colors) and use Essie Tart Deco for the Pantone Color, simply pastel and neon which currently trending this year. I love the result, the colors are very pretty, aren't they! But this will only last for a week, because next Monday I'll be doing ombre nails! Stay tuned. (; 

Sunday Thoughts: Freedom in Christ

Many of my fellow Christians have been posting this "Why I Hate Religion, But Love Jesus" video and opt to 100% supporting the video and "expect" people to react the same as they do. 

Almost everyone but me. 

I personally support most of the video, but not 100%. The thing is that Christianity really IS a religion. But somehow people nowadays are making it seem that religion is a bad thing. It shouldn't be that Lord Jesus versus religion, what it should be is Lord Jesus versus false teachings / false prophets / false beliefs.  

I honestly think that we should change the definition of religion into a positive thing instead of giving off a negative vibe. People tend to think that religion is strict and have too much rules, when in reality, Lord Jesus sets us free... 

That's my opinion, you can always agree to disagree (:

Corgi Cuteness

My most favorite breed of dogs is Siberian Husky, obviously. However, I've been dreaming of adding a (pair of) Pembroke Welsh Corgi to my family one day. Corgis are cuuuute, I doubtlessly love them!  I've been following this "The Daily Corgi" tumblr page for more than a year just to amuse myself (I'm sorry Chewy Lowy but this doesn't mean that I love you both less). What do you think of Corgi dogs? Aren't they totes adorbs!

I love Kelly Framel, remember I once blogged on how much I adore her chic white-themed office? And now, I happen to love her hairstyle. My hair looks like hers right now... I just need to wave my hair and color my hair dark brown. Do you think that hairstyle will suit me?

Caroline Channing's Walk-In Closet

2 Broke Girls stole my heart since the pilot episode and it's actually a lot funnier than my other favorite show, New Girl. But I'm not going to discuss about the show but Caroline's Walk-In Closet! In Eps 4: And The Rich People Problems, Max and Caroline broke in to Caroline's townhouse to retrieve Caroline's biteguard. They stepped in to Caroline's tres gorgeous teal-themed walk-in closet! I'm in love. My future walk-in closet would surely look like this (or close - lol) ((; ... Amen.

Hello darlings! I'm joyful to tell that I have fully recovered from my illness. So apparently I had measles! Thank Jesus it's in the past now, definitely not going to miss the high fever / sore throat / red spots and the itchiness and the meds!!! So I'm looking forward to a healthy and relaxing weekend. I'm planning to see some movies, probably Soegija or Snow White and the Huntsman or Promotheus... or probably all of the above. I love movie marathon and enjoy watching movies alone (but not lonely!). I hope you're going to do fun things too... have a good one! But before that, here are the links:

Dream Office

Since I watched "The September Issue" last year or two years ago (?) and with as many fabulous moments that stand out, there is one thing that I can never seem to ignore - Mrs. Wintour's office! Her overwhelmingly cream and traditionally designed office, went a bit industrial with the steel chairs and not to forget, photo walls are a must! I so fancy photo walls, check out my bedroom's wall below:

I love to decor my wall with my favorite photos! This one is one of my bedroom walls. I love it.  I guess my future office would be more or less the same ((:

Anyhoo, Anna Wintour's office is brilliant. I am instantly hooked!  One day, I will have an office just like hers.
