Fabulous Friday Finds

via Lucy Laucht (one of my favorite accounts on instagram)

Well hello darlings!

How I've missed blogging. I am estatic that I could squeeze some time for blogging, simply because it is difficult (for me) to maintain the consistency of a blog. When I have free time I usually just grab my cellphone and then scrolling down my instagram feed, where I'm following more than 800 accounts and most of them to me are inspiring and fascinating. The people I know personally on instagram probably around 150, the rest 650s are strangers and I love it. These beautiful strangers are husky owners (my favorite!), my favorite bloggers, famous people, home and interior inspiration, travel-related accounts, brands I love, online stores and people who take amazing photos.

I must admit, instagram is without a doubt, my favorite social media platform. What is yours?

But anyways, here are some links I found this week (and the weeks before *teehee!) for us to enjoy and to keep on our browser bookmark!

Zee Avi launched a new album, get it now! I adore this album!

I want to try them on my nails!

Monday ManiPedi: Monochrome

After a few months rest from nail polish, my nails are finally back in (basic) colors. For the comeback I chose to do something easy and pretty basic monochrome design. I love the end result eventhough in the process I realized that my skill in creating nail art is degrading. I need to practice more.

Well hello darlings!

Excuse my inconsistency in posting entries on my blog. I have been occupied with many other things and simply didn't have the urge to blog, but now I have. So let's get to it.

We are currently focusing in domestic tours and ticketing, we also provide personalized tours. Okay so, now unto the fabulous links I found this week...

Sunday Thoughts: Do Not Be Anxious About Anything

via Path. I forgot who uploaded it and do not know who is the owner of this pic.

One of the best reminder that makes me calm and content. Like other verses in the bible, these two are powerful. Thank You Jesus.

Fabulous Friday Finds

Well hello darlings!

I've been busy taking care of business that my cousins and I just started. A lot to be taken care of however since we are passionate (well, I know I am!) with our work, time goes by so quickly and didn't feel tired nor bored at all. Thank God. Anyways, I'm going to hometown sweet hometown this weekend with my cousins Lala and Milka for a couple of days. So excited, it's been too long since the last time we went to our hometown together. I hope all of you will also spend the weekend with your loved ones at some lovely places too!

And as usual, here's the fabulous links this Friday:

Sunday Thoughts: Things God Wants You To Remember

via Walking On Sunshine

Read: Matthew 11:28.

I believe you, Jesus and I love you more than anything in this world. Thank you for keep on reminding me on how great Your love everyday. As a human being, there are times when my heart questions many things that happened to me or my dearest. I am thankful that everytime those moments came, you always there reminding me not to worry and to rest all of my worries unto you. I am grateful to be born in Christian family and get to know the greatest love of all. I love you, Jesus and thank You for loving me. Happy Sunday, my dearest brothers and sisters in Christ. God loves you and He will shower you with his favors. Amen.

Fabulous Friday Finds

via Animals Pictures

Hello darlings!

This weekend, my husband and I are planning to spend some quality time with our families. Probably go out for culinary trip around town or watch some movies at the cinema. I haven't seen "12 Years A Slave" nor "Robocop", so it's going to be either one. Which one do you recommend?

And for you my readers, whatever plan you have for this weekend, I hope you'll be happy and smiling ear to ear just like our cute friend the seal. Isn't the seal adorable! I'm melting inside.

Anyhoo, here's some fabulous links I found on the internet to be shared with you all. Enjoy!

This video cracks me up! LOL!

Funniest thing I've ever read in 2014.

Have a happy weekend! Toodles!

Fabulous Friday Finds: Our Fifth Anniversary

Well hello darlings!

Above image was my creation and my first attempt doing calligraphy / typography or whatever it is called. I know it is very messy and way imperfect yet I'm quite proud of myself! I think I want to learn how to do it beautifully and in the right way with the right tools. Let's see if I could find the place or tutor for calligraphy in Jakarta. I am beyond interested! I used a pencil only (nope, no brushes nor ink pens just yet) and didn't actually plan to write my husband's and my name, however when I was done, I thought this would be very fitting with today's Fabulous Friday Finds theme...

Today is our 5th wedding anniversary, so today's links would only be about Jonah and Amara. ((:

Play this song while reading this post. She's one of our favorite female singers and we went to her mini concert in Jakarta two years ago. We love her

Our wedding.

This movie changed our lives forever.

We want to visit and explore this country together.

Our most favorite TV-show!!!

We collect these.

Our daily bread.

I am proud to say that I have already seen some their movies and planning to see the rest in the future. I love old movies. Three of them are gone now (Shirley Temple passed away last week), Mickey Rooney is the only one who still alive and well, he'll turn 94 years old this year. God bless you, Mr. Yunioshi! ((:

Monday ManiPedi: Nautical Chevron

This was from last year and still one of my favorites until today. Simply because of these exquisite hues of the sea and the chevron pattern and very easy to do it yourself. I think I'm going to repeat this manicure one of these days.

Hello darlings!

This is a scheduled post, meaning this was written few days before today, simply because I'm off to Singapore (yes, again) today. Meeting my husband again, eat my favorite foods (I won't go crazy as I did last time, I promise) and visit new places in Singapore. I hope all of you will have a wonderful weekend wherever you are.

Here's some lovely links I found for today's post to start your weekend:

Fabulous Friday Finds

via Vim and Vintage

A lot has happened in 2013.

Just to name a few: my husband finished his flying school, my husky Lowy's eye worsened due to glaucoma, my dear aunt Lientje Worang Sakaguchi passed away, went traveling to Singapore (again and again) and to Japan, Jonah got his dream job (as a pilot of course) at our flag-carrier national airline, ran my first 5K with Jonah and that I've also grown a lot as a person and more confident than ever of who I am; that I am deeply loved by Jesus.

Basically there is a lot more to write here and I seriously could turn this into a very long post - but needless to say the year 2013 was unforgettable and life-changing. I know Jonah and I are on the right track and that Jesus holds our future. I learn to take each day at a time and not let tomorrow's worry rob me of today's peace and joy.

So without further ado, here's some lovely things I found to share with you the first time this year. May  lovely things keep on coming to us all.

16 unique and amazing hotels. My personal favorite is the one in Finland.

This skirt! Wow.

Time to arrange a trip to Bali and visit Gaya Gelato.

Kina Grannis and Zee Avi covering Ingrid Michaelson and Sara Bareilles's Winter Song! They're my favorites, therefore this video is amazing! ((:

IU - The Red Shoes

She's one of my favorite K-Pop Singers and I especially love her new album Modern Times. Words can't describe how amazing this album is, it encompasses an eclectic mix of my favorite genres: Swing Jazz, Bossanova, Latin Pop, etc. In other words, just my kind of music.

PS: Here's the music video of her first single, "The Red Shoes", it's a rather long music video. Just a hint for you: the music starts at 01:04. Enjoy!

Gaga for Prada

As much as I love and drool over these Prada brogue shoes, they are hard to find and so pricey. But I guess I can just fantasize about them, can't I?

PS: My birthday is in 2 months and I also love these, these, these, these, these, and these! ((;

Wanderlust: Hitachi Seaside Park, Japan

Hitachi Seaside Park.
via ultraodd

Knock, knock!

I'm back! :)

2013 was nothing short of tumultuous for me. It was filled with despair, but also the immense joy of overcoming it. All of that helped pave the way, as hard as it was, for Jonah and I to grow stronger as a married couple. We called 2013 as the year of blessings in disguise. By the end of 2013, everything started to fall into the right places and we are so grateful that God has always been guiding us and protecting us during those challenging moments. And this year, we are also confident that He will continue to rest His favor upon and more years to come.

Most importantly, I've missed blogging fiercely, am excited to get back to the daily grind, and cannot wait to share every little bit and piece with all of you. I have upwards over a thousand photos from last year (the year when I didn't blog at all), but I'm looking forward to start sharing many things soon!

But first, because it's still January, I'm wishing you all darlings 365 days of peace within yourselves, fun and genuine people, supreme bliss, good books, create new memories with loved ones and God bless.
